Led by experienced baristas, the session is hands-on, adaptable to different skill levels, and focused on practical improvements you can take straight back to your work environment. Rather than following rigid patterns, we’ll work with each group’s ability to help refine technique and build consistency.

Owens Coffee, The Roastery, Endsleigh Retail Park, Ivybridge, PL21 9JL
Time, Day & Duration:
Every Wednesday for 2 hours between 10am – 12pm.
Participant numbers:
We require a minimum of 3 people booked on the course to proceed with a maximum of 4 people per session.
Terms & Conditions:
- This is a complementary training session exclusively for trade customers.
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a per-person basis. All attendees must wear closed-toe shoes for health and safety during training.
- A health questionnaire must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to take part in the session.
- If you are unable to attend, we require advance notice so the space can be offered to another customer.
- The course will run with a minimum of three participants. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session if this minimum number is not reached.
- In the event that we are unable to run the course, you will be offered the option to move your booking to a future date or cancel.
- Parking on site is limited. Where possible, please car share or consider alternative transport.
